Alteris always welcomes the opportunity to meet with potential clients and their advisors to discuss their valuation and advisory needs.
We will together determine the best Alteris product to fit your situation. Alteris will provide a fee quote and estimated time to complete the work. While most valuations or other work are arranged for a fixed fee, billing based on standard hourly rates may be used when the full scope of the work needed can’t be immediately determined.
We will then prepare a letter an engagement letter that clearly describes the work, purpose, fees and timing. A description of the output, whether it is a written report, calculation or a spoken consultation, will be clearly given. You will know exactly what to expect and how much it will cost.
Alteris will provide you with a preliminary list of information requirements. We may need to visit the subject company, tour the facilities and interview management. There may be requests for follow-up information and clarifications.
After we complete the valuation or consulting engagement, Alteris can report the findings through a variety of ways. This includes written reports, opinion letters and formal or informal presentations. The client is always given the opportunity to provide feedback and clarify factual issues during the engagement.
